Is there covered seating?
Here are some ways to enjoy the polo action on the sidelines:
Purchase, or upgrade to a “Cabana” with 5 other friends. Double up two Cabanas for a total area accommodating 12 people, or more.
Visit the Okanagan Spirits Prohibition Lounge, which will have a variety of seating options while enjoying a cocktail or cigar
Visit the Bella Bistro featuring Paninis, Gelato, and wines by Ciao Bella
Join us in the “Chaine Lounge” and meet one of our members to learn more about what we do.
Get invited to one of the Corporate Hospitality Suites. It’s a small town after all. Otherwise, please respect their privacy.
Bring your favorite camp chair, folding lawn chair or what have you. Umbrellas are also welcome. There will be two sections marked “General Viewing Area” where you can set up your own camp and enjoy the day.
What are the food options?
Included in your ticket is reception style service by caterer “Art of Fine Catering” including sliders, fruit kabobs, charcuterie, flatbreads, ice bars, kettle corn and more. Food will be served 12-4:30pm.
There will also be an Italian Bistro hosted by “Bella Buona” with “a la Carte” options including Panini, Gelato, and wines by “Ciao Bella”. These items are not included in the ticket price and are available for an extra charge.
If you have any food allergies or special needs, please contact info@kelownapoloclassic.com in advance and we will bring you something more appropriate with your name on it.
Will there be non-alcoholic beverages?
Yes, there will be free water stations throughout the event space. There will be non-alcoholic beers, Karma Sodas, and canned pop available at the cash bars.
Will the Parking be closer to the event site?
Yes, we have arranged parking in the field adjacent (north) to the event site for a much shorter walk (in comfortable shoes.)
Transportation
Note: we encourage all guests to arrange a dedicated driver, taxi, Uber, or Limousine. Please avoid drinking and driving.

Can we bring Children or Pets?
No, pets are not allowed as our event is monitored by 4 veterinarians who place the horse’s safety above all things.
Saturday, June 29th is an Adult-only event.
Sunday, June 30th is a Family Oriented event. Please bring your kids by all means!
Can we bring outside food or alcoholic beverages?
No, our event license prohibits outside alcohol. Please do not bring any outside food to respect our vendor/caterers. If you have special dietary needs, please contact info@kelownapoloclassic.com so we can accommodate you well in advance.
